GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICIES

1. Gift certificates and unused portions of gift certificates issued expire one year from the date of issuance.*
2. Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Peraza Bead & Jewelry Glass Art Studio (hereafter PB&J) website at www.PerazaBeads.com or at Peraza Bead & Jewelry Glass Art Studio located in Fuquay-Varina, NC, toward the purchase of products and/or services provided by PB&J.  They do not apply to shipping, delivery, taxes or other service charges and are for merchandise or specific services only.
3. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.
4. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's gift certificate account and is not transferable.
5. If your order exceeds the amount of your gift certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card, paypal payment, or cash.
6. Gift certificate has no cash value.
7. Gift certificates and their use with PB&J are subject to the general Terms and Conditions listed in our Policies.
8. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. 
9. PB&J will have the right to close customer accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift certificate is either redeemed through the PB&J web site or is redeemed and used to make purchases on the PB&J web site.
10. PB&J AND ITS AFFILIATES MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CERTIFICATES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT CERTIFICATE CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT CERTIFICATE. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
11. PB&J reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion.
    
    * Does not apply in California; applies in New Hampshire only for gift certificates over $100. Expiration date does not apply in any other states where prohibited by law.
     
12. PB&J gift certificates are issued directly and sold directly by PB&J. The risk of loss and title for gift certificates pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
