Gift Amount Option 1 $10.00 Option 2 $25.00 Option 3 $50.00 Option 4 $100.00 Option 5 $200.00 Please choose the amount you would like to purchase on the Gift Certificate.   The Certificate will be mailed to the address shown on your payment receipt or electronically transferred to the purchaser.  When you receive the Certificate, simply fill in the recipient's name and any personal message you like.  If you would like the Certificate mailed to another address as a Gift, and would like me to type in the recipient's name along with your personal message (Happy Birthday, Congratulations, etc.), please contact me at the time of purchase to provide the necessary information. If you do not see the amount you would like to purchase on the drop-down menu, please contact me, I'm happy to help.     NOTE: Please note that Gift Certificates are valid for the amount shown on the face of the original Gift Certificate and may be used towards the purchase of items/services listed for sale on the website and in our Fuquay-Varina Shop.  Gift Certificates may not be redeemed for cash.  The Gift Certificate, and items purchased with the Gift Certificate are considered final sales and/or may be exchanged for non-sale merchandise at Peraza Bead & Jewelry Glass Art Studio's sole discretion.  Certificates must be used within one year from the date of issue.  Please see PB&J's policies for more details.
