Minimum Order Requirements:

THERE IS NO MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT

Payment Methods:

We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.  We will also accept a cashier's check or money order.  Sorry, no personal checks accepted.

Shipping:

Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of cleared funds, excluding weekends unless otherwise noted.   All items are shipped by U.S.P.S. priority mail.   If you wish to have your purchase insured, please include an additional $1.30 for the first $50.00 and $.70 each additional $50.00.   I am not responsible for any uninsured packages once they are in the postal system.  No refund will be offered on items damaged or lost during uninsured shipment.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

If a package is lost in the mail and no delivery confirmation is made by the post office (after 30 days from shipment date) or, your item(s) is damaged (note:  it is your responsibility to notify the postmaster and Perazabeads of  any damages to your item(s) upon receipt of your package, failure to do so may result in no coverage), an application for insurance payment will be made by me (if applicable) and upon receipt of insurance funds, the order will be refilled or refunded (at my sole discretion) and shipped to you.  However, I will not replace an order, request insurance, or provide a refund once the post office confirms delivery.  International purchasers accept full responsibility for items once they are in the postal system.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:   Accepted within 24 hours of receipt of your initial order. (The 24 hours will begin counting at time of e-mail being sent, regardless of when it is received).

Return Policy:

Perazabeads will provide merchandise credit for authorized returns (S&H charges are not included and are not refundable).  Return authorization must be requested within three (3) business days from receipt of your items and returns must be received by Perazabeads within 10 days of authorization.  Items must be in original package and unaltered and must be returned to Perazabeads fully insured.   If your item was damaged during delivery, please refer to "Shipping" above for instructions.   

All custom orders or commissioned sales (glass beads or finished jewelry) are final.  Payment for custom orders must be made in full when placing your order.

NOTE:

Please make your choices carefully as charges for shipping and handling, as well as paypal charges to accept your initial payment will not be refunded. 

BUSINESS HOURS:  Our business hours are Monday - Friday from 10:00 a.m through 4:00 p.m.  All orders received after 1:00 p.m. are considered as being received on the following business day (unless otherwise stated herein).
