(above photos show just a sampling of the beads/corsage will you make during this class)

Intermediate - Advanced lampworking skills required (please no beginners as this is a fast paced class)

Workshop Description:

This class will focus on the creation of a glass corsage and necklace in a two day period.    The first day, will be the lampworking portion, followed by wire working and assemblage the second day.  The students will learn how to create the sculptural shapes.  The students should have had several years of lampworking experience.     Experimentation with color combinations will be encouraged.  The students will be shown how to create glass sculptures using creative methods with the final design in mind.  They will be making glass corsages of their OWN creation, not the exact piece shown.  Each piece they create will be unique to them.

I demonstrate methods to make the necklace, pins and bracelets.  All students learn all techniques.

Workshop Length:   2 days : 10 am – 5 pm
